super casual with friendly, prompt service; we had walked 6 blocks in 96 degree weather and were immediately given big cups of water while we discussed the menu; pork (which we all had) was soft and delicious; sides were generous and tastey; some may be turned off by the ""store-front"", plain wood floor atmosphere but several neighborhood guests came in for both eat-in and take-out (a good sign); the whole wheat roll which came with the meal was great; appeared clean & well maintained Pros: inexpensive, great tasting, good value Cons: store front look more

LOVE IT!! 6/16/2003

I've had BBQ from all over the US and I think Wolfes is the best!! Very reasonable prices, good portions, and very clean. My only complaint is that parking can sometimes be hard to come by in the area. Pros: Amazing sauce, great prices, very clean Cons: no parking more

I fly in from Belguim just to get my fix of the ribs, links and sides. The food is always excellent and the service the same. Pros: the FOOD, service, The FOOD more

What a great place to eat. I get so excited to go there. The food is excellent the service and atmosphere is awesome. Not enough places like this anymore. Of course I would say the best tofu in Denver!!! Pros: vegetarian, inexpensive, YUMMY more

Friendly Bones 6/18/2002

The friendly greeting as I entered the restaurant was followed by good service and great dry bones and sides. Small, clean, utilatarian,with disposable settings and Blues playing in the background. I will go again. Pros: parking, ambience Cons: ribs, value, friendly more

Great for Vegetarians! 6/5/2002

Emerging from the Southeast where bbq-ed meat products are the only bbq-ed items offered I was so excited when I was introduced to Wolfe's BBQ. Yeah! It's still one of the few places where I can eat with a conscious. And it's cheap to boot (3.33 for a bbq tofu sandwich). Pros: Inexpensive, Vegetarian Options more
