I just got my reprints back from this Wolf Camera location. The reprints came out great. (They were from negatives.) The problem was the price I was quoted. When I took in the negatives I was told the cost would be 39cents per print because I needed 10 reprints and 10 or more was 39cents per print. When I picked up the reprints today the cost was $7.50. When I said that the cost should be $4 they told me that they had included a CD with my reprints and the CD was $3. I said that I didn't want the CD and I had not asked for one when I dropped off the negatives. The manager checked the order and realized that I had not asked for a CD. He said that they made me one "as a courtesy" and were going to call me to ask if I wanted it but didn't call. So he said that he would subtract the cost of the CD but would have to charge me 49cents per print because I wasn't taking the CD. I wasn't going to argue over a dollar but I really didn't like they 1) added more to my order without asking me and 2) changed the quoted price when I picked up my prints. I won't use this location again.
Pros: Very good reprints
Cons: Added a CD to my order without asking. Charged me more than the originally quoted price.
