Our visit to Dr. Wilson's office was an interesting and enjoyable one for my son, including even the very challenging xray procedure. And ever since our very happy and cleaning, my 3-year-old son has been taking the initiative to both brush and floss his teeth. more

The entire staff is able to build a quick, great rapport with children. They are very informative and explain all procedures before performing them which helped greatly with my daughters anxiety. Also the office environment is specifically geared for children including a tooth fairy house, ceiling train, games, small seats and more. It's a great 'fit' for them. The staff are very professional and truly have your childs well-being in mind. I would definitely recommend this office to others. more

Same as her twin sister, Sara loves going to the dentist. She's been going to see Dr. Wilson and her staff for about three years. She is now six and has no anxiety about going to the dentist. Her hygienist is friendly and helps her be relaxed and comfortable. more

I have a four year old with Down Syndrome who absolutely hates going for cleanings and Dr. Wilson is always calm and quick, making sure to do a thorough exam while keeping us all safe. My daughter becomes calmer at each visit and I know that eventually she will not have any issues at all. Her older sister is perfectly happy have her cleanings here and the one filling she did need, she did not even want me back there with her even though she was only 6 years old. more

Kim did her cleaning and she did a Great job with getting her involved and making her comfortable and familiar with the tools that were used for her cleaning. I have been going to Dr. Wilson's practice for over 15 years with all three of my children. The care we have received has always been outstanding! Our appointments are easy to schedule, and we are almost always seen right at our appointment time. Her office staff and hygienists are excellent, ask the right questions, and put both the parent and child at ease. We have moved out of the area, but still make the trip to Ann Arbor for all our dental needs! more

My 9 year old son has been a patient at Dr. Kay Wilsons office for about 4 years. Our pediatrician had suggested finding a pediatric dentist after I mentioned I had taken my son to my dentist for 2 years and it seemed like such a waste because he would not let her do anything in his mouth other than count his teeth. We found Dr. Wilsons pedicatric dental office and made an apppointment. Dr. Wilsons office sees only children. The whole office is set up to entertain kids so that the dentist and her staff can get inside of their mouths! There are always contests and prizes and other fun things going on there. There are toys in the waiting room and a playhouse. Nancy was the first hygenist we saw and we always request her for my sons appointments. She is extremely friendly and talks to the kids at their level so they don't feel threatened at all. And she is good at talking to the Moms too! On our first visit I was so impressed that she was able to do a full cleaning on my sons teeth. Previously he had only allowed the adult dentist to count his teeth and then she would be rushed with him and impatient and he would clam up. I wish we had found Dr. Wilsons dental office sooner. Dr. Wilson and her staff also have patient appreciate days. Last summer we were invited to a local theater to see Toy Story 3. Dr. Wilson had rented out the theater for her patients and she provided popcorn and drinks. I wish all professionals took this good care of their patients! It was really great and my son and I enjoyed it. more

Dr. Kay's office and staff were truly amazing. Our two year old was well taken care of and was truly cared for by the dental I was amazed at the fun and creativity that was used in the dental office. Most kids wouldn't have fun getting their teeth checked but now my two year keeps asking to go to the dentist. Ever since visiting Dr. Kay's office my two year old has been brushing her teeth so well and I appreciate their office and their creative and innovative ways of handling pediatric dentistry. more

Both of our children have life threatening allergies and when the safety of a product that was to be used on them came into question, the staff quickly and very thoroughly explained our options and put a new plan into play. We felt that the seriousness of the situation was understood and handled properly. more
