Unfortunate 9/27/2011

Everyone was friendly, helpful and welcoming. Love my haircut...liked the stylist very much, will be returning in a couple weeks for a bang trim, but unfortunately I was not 100% satisfied with my overall experience. Reason for this is...sadly my finish look did not look so finished. Little effort and time was spent in styling my new hair cut. I was disappointed and a bit shocked. I did not walk out looking or feeling my best. Needless to say, I had to rush home and finish what she "started" before going back out in public. Willing to give her another opportunity but not willing to compromise on my expectations...great hair and service. more

Not good for men's hair 9/21/2011

The place is nice and the customer service was great but, the stylist butchered my hair. I asked for a simple 1 1/2" buzz on the sides and back with it short on top to where I could spike it... What I got was no buzz, terrible fade lines, uneven hair all over and she left it long on top. I told her about it and she said " Well, that's all I can do for you". Then they charged me 35 dollars. No , I did not tip and I will not be back. At least at ProCuts, they do what you ask! And for 35$, in a fancy salon, a men's buzz cut should be routinely easy. Maybe I just got a bad one on a bad day.. Who knows! more

Beautiful Experienc 9/19/2011

I visited William Edge last week for a simple haircut and style. The front staff was helpful and my stylist, Kelley, was the epitome of professionalism and skill. I really enjoyed the Blue Oil scalp massage, and my hair looks and feels superb! I received a makeup touchup before leaving as well, and felt fabulous as I resumed my errands for the day. My appointment began on time and was completed within an hour! Also, the salon itself is beautiful, comfortable, and full of lovely energy. I will definitely be back!! more

Recent foil and hair cut 9/19/2011

I have been going to WE for about a year or more now and have enjoyed it a lot. The stylist I use does great color and a decent cut but never styles my hair the way I ask her to. She just uses a flat iron and lets me leave looking terrible sometimes. The price is a bit high but the service is good and a very nice saloon. more

William Edge Salon 9/15/2011

I was using another salon in the area when my sweet stylist moved. Others had moved on before and I had stayed with the salon. This time I decided that I would move along too! I am so happy that I did! William Edge is the best salon I have been to since I moved here 12 years ago! Nancy is the best! more

Awesome Haircut Experience 9/12/2011

Shirly - thanks so much for a wonderful haircut experience. I've been searching for a new stylist and I think I've found a new haircut home. I've received lots of compliments on my new "do", my husband loves it and it's easy to maintain. The salon is wonderful - I love the pampering scalp massage and shampoo - that's the best part! :-) more
