I had a great experience for my first-time visit to William Edge. I loved my haircut, got lots of compliments on it, and really liked the shine process. Nancy was just great! She gave me many helpful tips and I will definitely schedule with her again. I also thought that everyone I interacted with was very, very nice. And I loved the hand massage that Doug gave me! From the front desk, Amy Pickle is awesome! Always greets you with a big smile, and a genuine sweet personality! Mandy is the best hair stylist I have been to in a very long time! I had used the same hairdresser for about 10 years and her customer service had gone out the window as her prices went up and still expected a tip! I love the scalp massages, that and the awesome service is what keeps me coming back!! more

This salon is everything you want in a salon and nothing you don't. My stylist is Jessica W. and she's wonderful. She's young, hip and sweet. I have serious bad hair issues but from the first time I met her she listened closely to my concerns and problems and proceeded to fix them all! You can't go wrong with that. I'm hyper sensitive about my hair but she professionally handles my issues. Ask for her when you go here. more

I booked an appointment at the Williams Edge Aveda salon (5 min. from my house)......(super nice, professional stylist name shirley) I was very nervous as this was my first time letting a Caucasian person do my hair! When I got there, I IMMEDIATELY sat in the chair for a quick consultation and scalp and neck massage and also was asked if I would like warm tea, wine, coke, water....after that was taken to the shampoo bowl for a poo and deep cond (with warm towel wrap) (and another scalp massage) (all of my FAV products were used) after that, went back to chair for blow dry (not the same blow dry I experienced before at other salons, not as hot, but very detailed section by section blow dry) my hair was about 80% straight after this blowdry (it was the brush she used, not alot of heat from dryer).....then I got flat ironed (she used seadoo ceramic flat iron (with heat dial)...not the marcels that burn the crap out of our hair)...she showed me that she turned the dial down to, I think 200degr (low level)...she applied several aveda heat protectors and moisturizers before straightening...after my hair was straightened, i got a cut....after that was given another neck massage and hand massage, a little blush and lip gloss I love my hair! After day 3, my hair still looks good and is soft and light.... I will be going to back to Shirley.... more

As a guy, most would think "just go to your local barber or steryotipical $15 hair cut place"...well, after too many years of bad hair cuts and bad experiences - i took the leap and listened to the wife and tried out William Edge - guys, it was awesome! not too expensive, great hair cut, excellent service, and you walk out feeling like a million bucks. Stop acting like you are a tough guy, and give this a try...its worth it! more

wax job was great. However when I walked up to the front to make a follow up appointment, no one was there. Couldn't leave a tip or make an appointment. What's up? more

Everyone knows that Jess is my girl and once again she did a fantastic job and I enjoyed being pampered! She always makes me feel so much better when she's done with me. I got the chance to experience a free facial so I could meet the new esthetician, Melissa. I must say I'm hooked! It was so relaxing. She explained what she did and what she used and what we could do next time I book one, which I will. I didnt break out with the product which is always my biggest worry because my skin is sensitive. It should be 5 stars and my phone won't recognize that. So feel free to change it on your side!! more

I just wanted to rave about Melissa! I have had several facials a few years ago, and Melissa gave the best facial I've ever had in 30 minutes! The experience was so relaxing and my skin feels so smooth. She cared about me as a guest, and a person and I value that. I am loving the moisturizer she recommended for me! I trust her with my skin and will be back to do a plant peel. more
