MAYBE THEIR WORKERS ARE A 5 ONCE THEY GET THERE. SAID THEY WOULD BE HERE AT 3 AND HAD TO CALL DISPATCH X 3 . IT'S 8 AND NO RESPONSE.

Water Heater 9/7/2015

Shaun N. with Will Fix It came out on Labor Day to replace two water heaters and make related upgrades. He provided a clear explanation of code requirements, parts, costs and warranty options. Due to household time constraints, he called in other crews to help him complete the job in a relatively short time. He and his crew were courteous, clean and did a professional job (uniform pipe and tube layout; no messy bends or sloppy thread sealant). I'd use him again should the need arise. more

Central Air Conditioning repair 8/31/2015

The serviceman, Dillon K., performed outstandingly. I called for help after-hours. They sent Dillon out almost immediately. He diagnosed the problem quickly. He then explained what was broken to my complete understanding. He quoted the cost, labor and parts, to fix the problem. Only after receiving my written approval did he proceed to fix the A/C unit. Repairs were quick and we had air conditioning in no time. I loved my experience with this company. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you call them. I certenly will! more

Replace a hot water heater 8/27/2015

After much trouble with Home Depot activating our request for replacement of a hot water heater, Joseph Arocha showed up to do the job. What a pleasure it was! He was all the things you want a workman to be-- well spoken,neat, on time, efficient, knowledgable, helpful, and just plain pleasant. He made the day so much better after our unnecessarily long wait. Thanks, Joe! more

I am satisfied with the job Mario Olivares and his assistant did for me. They arrived and quickly went to work. Mario diagnosed the problem and explained to me what it would take to get my ac up and running again. He gave me the price up front and once I approved it didn't take them long. I don't like having to spend so much but I am confident in the work done. more

Mario was polite, attentive to our concerns and quite quickly our AC was repaired and the cool air started to stream through the vents! We were very pleased with the service he provided. I have not been as pleased or satisfied with the company as a whole, thoug,h as there were problems we encountered due to error when our new AC was installed by them and it didn't all get repaired properly (damage in our dining room ceiling). Also, we were informed that if damage to the AC was determined to have been caused by a power surge that our warranty could be considered void -- and told that the recommended surge protectors would cost several hundred more dollars. more

Air Conditioning Sevice 7/8/2015

Called in for air conditioning service last night and I got a call in the morning to let me know Jose E. and Dillon K. we're on their way. They showed up promptly 30 minutes later. Jose and Dillon were both very polite and friendly. Cleaned and checked the system and made me feel comfortable that they were thorough in their service. more

Will Fix It AC Tune Up 4/23/2015

Tom P. performed an AC tune up through their affiliation with Home Depot. Tom was very polite, professional, and respectful of our home. During the tune up Tom found a gas leak associated with our furnace. He made recommendations and a repair will be performed ASAP. We are very grateful for Tom taking the time to detect and locate the natural gas leak as this could have had a fatal outcome if left undetected. I feel Tom went above and beyond what was a routine service call. Thank you for having such a conscientious technician on staff at Will Fix It. more
