I took my car to Wihls about a year ago for one problem, the problem continued and continued, everytime I felt leary about having them look at it, but he said he was giving us a discount, but the problem kept getting worse and he (Karl) kepts charging me more and more for things that I didn't even ask for -- when checked out by the dealership -- Wihls was totally wrong in diagnosing the problem. The owner - Karl is the one you have to deal with, he is rude, has lack of knowledge (he does not do the work), and does nothing but stare at you chest. Once I was trying to talk to him about my car and he was eating and spilling his messy sandwich all over his shirt and the spoke with food in his mouth -- it was so gross -- but I was willing to put up with that for good car service, but soon learned that they rip you off!!!!
Pros: the only pro is that it was a convenient location for me
Cons: poor poor service from the work to the customer service
