Rude,arrogant ! Bad experience ever!Time waisted! 2/8/2011

Withney Possino was rude, arrogant and a complete idiot towards me making fun about my accent..He give an estimate over the phone and then I got there the price was 4 times more but I had to waiste 45 minutes there to get the final estimate 50 bucks for an used tire and 2 more hours waiting.!!!Con artist! more

Owner is a Con Artist 7/24/2010

Had my car towed from my house to Whitneys for an estimate. I went up there on two separate occasions to get the estimate, Lynette the ""manager"" could not give it to me because Whitney (the owner) has to do it and he's there sporadically. Finally weeks later I get in touch with him on a Saturday. He was rude, arrogant and a complete idiot towards me. He then proceeded to charge me $180.00 or by Monday he would put a lien on it. He NEVER even looked at my car! I asked his mechanic if he looked at my car and he said ""NO""! Whitney quickly printed out an estimate that had a radiator problem ($1,200) to fix. I was the one who told him my radiator was the problem. He was proud to tell me he has a day job, my guess is he is a used car salesman, and his lot is full of cars he put liens on. DO NOT GO THERE! Actually the way he gets ownership of your vehicle is by charging $10.00 a day storage upon arrival or completion. My car sat there and when I finally got a hold of him it was pay me or I'm putting a lien on your car. I must make it clear, HE NEVER EVEN LOOKED AT MY CAR. Needless to say I had my car towed back to my house and Whitney literally put my money in his wallet as I was standing there. more

Trustworthy mechanics!!! 4/23/2010

I went into whitneys auto and lynette at the service desk helped me the whole time my car was worked on explaining all my options and the details to the repair of my vehicle. also lynette was able to get me a courtesy car so i didnt miss work the next day! then my next door neigbor also pulled up at whitneys it was incrediable!! Remarkable job From the team of professionals at Whitney's! Juan was my technician who ive used twice so far and Juan rmember my name and got me squared away by six o clock pm Lynette the counter staff hd a smile and promply did a great job- ill be back what the hey they even had her all washed up when the was done!!! Pros: done by 6pm and done right friendly Cons: small line of customers waiting when went to pick up car. more

Insulting and Overpriced 2/28/2010

The above comments really ring true. I found the owner offensive and obnoxious. He was insulting to every customer I saw walk in there, including myself. He made fun of their race and appearance in front of me. This place just oozes bad vibes. The bill I recieved was a confusing jumble of numbers and weird statements. Oh and he also put a ""Whitney's Auto"" thing on my license plate. I would choose any other place than this. Pros: It was close to home Cons: Everything else more

Owner Whitney is a liar and a cheat 11/22/2009

I took my car in for an oil change and transmission flush. I was told my trans flush would be $60.00. Whiney also told me I should have my tires rotated and balanced before the winter and I told him ok. Ok, I would have it done not ok to do it. He told me my total was $174.00; I asked him why it was so high and printed out the receipt. He charged me $68.00 for the trans fluid, told me it was the best fluid ever, and $49.00 for the labor. I told him he should have asked me first and not just do it. After a few choice words I had to call my brother in-law. He gave me a wheel alignment that he told me I needed a couple of months ago and after he did it, told me I did not really need one. NEVER EVER will I go there again. more
