I used these guys for a pretty substantial job. Wouldn't do it again. One, they charge too much (and didn't provide an itemization -- just quoted a gross amount). Second, a fair amount of the work had to be redone, revealing that the quality didn't justify the expense (this was most infuriating). They even nicked and scratched different surfaces of the vehicle. Lastly, in situations where they used subcontractors, they didn't seem in control of the subcontractor, adding uncertainty but not a lot of quality control to the process. When we discussed things, they tried to downplay my expectations, as if to say, ""hey, sometimes you have to accept a little mediocrity.""
