Worst Customer Service Ever! 5/9/2009

I highly recomment skipping this location whilst scouting out a wedding venue. My fiance and I were excited to view this venue as previous golf clubs we visited were spectacular not only in location but in customer service. However, from entry to exit, we were treated with utter disrespect and disdain. Both the retail associate working in the golf shop and the manager providing the tour decided we weren't worth thier time before we even opened our mouths. To this day I am not sure what gave them this impression. We were nicely dressed and were very respectful of the upscale environment. The haughty manager rushed us through the ceremony/reception site, hardly stoping to answer questions. He then lead us to his office and stated he would not waste his time on the 2nd two packages as we couldn't afford them anyway. He failed to show us the Wedding Albums which were sitting out in clear view instead opting to randomy point out images popping up on his screen saver. His smiles were rare and forced and his lackluster attitude and poor customer service were unmistakable. Overall it was a very uncomfortable and depressing experience. Upon leaving the venue, I was so upset I didn't even want to look at the last venue we had booked for the day. Pros: NONE! Cons: Horrible Manager more

terrible experience with poor management 11/20/2007

The previous review said it best...tricked up course. But he was much too kind. The pace of play here is absolutely mind-numbing. The staff here are generally incompetent with no effort made to provide its patrons with a good experience. The course is poorly maintained and WAY overpriced. I wouldn't go out of my way to waste my money here ever again. Pros: one or two good holes Cons: managment/pace of play/conditions more

You get what you pay for 9/23/2006

This public course is set just off I-5 and Imperial Highway in the midst of sprawling shopping centers and new subdivisions. The course is suprisingly tight and tricky, especially on the front nine holes. Although this course is fun to play, it's slow to play and the condition of the greens are average. Of course, what can you expecdt when you pay $70. It's worth a shot to play if you are not in a hurry but set your expectations low. Pros: Cost, Fun Cons: Condition, Pace of Play more

Tricked up golf 10/3/2003

I finally understood what people meant when they called a golf course ""tricked up"" - short course made narrow with funky greens. Course is well maintained, but just too funky for me. Also - VERY CROWDED, which is made worse as the holes often open up along side each other. Narrow fairways mean you will see lots of people in your fairway from adjacent holes - and may visit them as well on some wayward shots. I wouldn't go out of my way to play here, but it isn't horrible. Cons: Slow pace of play, tricked up course more
