They replaced our first house full of windows many years ago. They have since done two more of our homes as well as a dozen more family & friends. They have always stood by their guarantee without hassle. They are family owned and build their own windows right there in Tacoma. \r Just recently I had a minor issue with a cracked frame on one of my windows. (which had been my own fault) I called and spoke to their "Cheerful Service Scheduler and they sent out a knowledgeable young man who repaired my cracked frame.\r It's great to know that we still have companies around with such superb customer service! I would recommend West Coast Vinyl to anyone! I'm sure glad I bought with them the first time! more

Run don't walk. These people are crooks. I spent over $10k, and windows are leaking because they broke the casing around my windows. I tried to settle nicely with them, they came back and use caulking the *@! around my window and called back and said they all fixed! This is a business and I am on a schedule so I had to let it go in order to open my business on time. I had to paid for someone else to fix all the casing around the windows. Don' t believe me? give me your email and I will send pictures to you. Save your self, I am not just a fly by reviewer. Believe me and you will save a lot of headache and money...'One time for a life time' that is true because they will not come back and take care of you. more

These guys put windows on my grandmas home. They were very professional when they arrived. They did a great job and charged her a fare price for everything. I highly recommend. more

West Coast Vinyl Window Co. manufactures their windows. We had ordered a few for a rental and they were on time and reasonable in price. They also make doors. more

No way 5/30/2008

You were mean and the presentation was never going to end. All in all it finally ended and my wife is going to be mad at me for quite awhile due to this expeirience. She will be able to hold this against me for quite some time and I am mad about that too. Pros: I couldn't find any Cons: They know how to close the deal and won't leave until they do more
