Great owner! Horrible manager:rude, arrogant, selective in who she is cordial to. I was 19 once..I know how to pretend I am talking business when it's really my friend on the phone. Remember someone may look like a beggar to YOU but may just be one of the wealthest Houstonians. Also, WE customers are why YOU have a job. SHE is not worth passing up this bakery. Besides her...what's not to like? Other employees are wonderful. All of the products are user friendly shall we say & UNIQUE enough to bypass others. Can't think of anything I don't like. The Italian coffee is good too. Pros: All of the products, atmosphere, the owner. Cons: Current manager, yuk! more

We noticed Wellbread on City Search and decided to give it a try for our daughter's 3rd birthday cake. We chose a beautiful layered cake with butterflies and flowers and they were able to recreate the cake from a picture, with the colors that we chose. Not only did they produce an amazingly beautiful cake for us, but the cake was delicious. Our daughter loved her cake, and we got so many compliments from the other parents about the great taste. To top it off, the service provided by this bakery is wonderful. They are very nice and easy to deal with. more

We've been going to this bakery since it originally opened. It is wonderful. Not only is the bread really fresh and delicious with good variety, the people who work there are so nice! My husband and I go there for our bread, their delicious muffins (for the office) and for their tasty breakfast kolaches and sandwiches. The food is always very fresh with the best ingredients and the decorated items are adorable. \r \r I take their muffins in to the office by the dozen and they disappear within minutes and the sandwiches are well loved too. \r \r This place is a local business and not a chain so the atmosphere is very friendly and attentive. I wouldn't buy my fresh bread any where else! Pros: Fresh, delicious, delightful staff, good variety more
