Obviously not only are they not business savy enough to provide a great honest service, they match it with there self proclaimed, dishonest, reviews. Wouldn't it be easier just to run a clean, honest service then to go to so much trouble to cover? Good lord! more

My husband and I had to move in sight unseen and we were disgusted with what we saw. Our duplex was filthy and looked as though they hadn't even bothered to clean before we moved in. There was crusted on food on most light switches, dog hair matted carpets, mold in the tub, a broken window, unidentified drippings on the walls and heaters, and I could go on. When calling our property managers about our complaints during the move-in inspection, they were very rude. We moved in April and it is now mid-June, and they have yet to fix the broken window. They were supposed to give us warning when they were going to show our place (as we have an infant), but on more than one occasion they have showed up without advanced notice. This is a company I would never do business with again. Thank goodness we have a short term lease and don't have to deal with them much longer. As a military family, we are used to moving-this is by far, the WORST organization we have ever rented from. Steer clear! more

Stay away. Worst property management in town. Nothing but a hassle since the day I moved in. They try to profit from your deposits and never clean at all. Their housing practices are wrong and in some cases, illegal. They write their own reviews to make them look good. If you read carefully, nobody would really write the stuff they come up with. Don't fall for it. There are plenty of other property managements and private landlords in town I'd look into if I were you. more

Very helpfull staff! Due to a job in a different area, my family and I had to get out of our lease. Linda, and the crew found a person to take over our lease, and was very helpful. Thanks to WHPM we were able to save alot of money, and get our deposit back. I would rent from them again without question more

This is the worst property management company I have encountered in 20 years as a renter. They are incompetent, greedy, stupid, exploitive, and rude, which they attempt to disguise with fake "Moscow friendly." The only thing worse than renting from them would be working for them. And they pay their employees to write their reviews, obviously. Do not rent from WHPM. more

I have lived on the palouse in either Pullman or Moscow for over 7 years and have rented from multiple rental agencies. My experience with Welcome Home is second to none. They respond to any question or request very quickly. Aleta and Sunny were the last two individuals I had the pleasure of dealing with and they are good people and very professional. I will stay with Welcome Home for as long as I rent on the Palouse. I'm Sold on WHPM. more

I have heard and read many terrible experiences with WHPM so, I wanted to share my experience to encourage others to reconsider renting from them. We have lived in an apt managed by Welcome Home Property for 6 months now and I have never had such a great experience with any property management!! When we couldn't find a suitable apt with our desired space and within our budget, they took the time to review all their apts and even call a few owners to discuss pricing changes to fit our needs!! They found us the BEST apt we could have ever asked for and we love it!! Throughout our time with them so far, any concerns or needs with the apt they took care of within just a few days, whereas other agencies took weeks. I have also truly enjoyed all of the staff there. They are always very helpful, a joy to talk with, and actually show a desire to know you and fulfill your needs. I have never had any problems getting through to them when I needed to talk with them. I would recommend using them for the rental of your next apartment if you are looking for a place that fits your wants and needs and that will be taken care of in a timely, proper manner with a smile on their faces more

Welcome home has been wonderful to deal with. They are very attentive to detail and they take care of any problem immediately. They are very pleasant and helpful. I have dealt with all the staff including maintenance and "professional" is their middle name. The staff is well trained. more
