Attended this office for over a year. I can't take it anymore. Webster does not even introduce himself to new patients. Sloughs you off on the latest PA. Constantly pushes unnecessary testing that he provides. His xray machine dates back to the dark ages as well as most of his staff who are all related, cover for each others mistakes and constantly dream up policies to convenience themselves and not the patient. The staff constantly push the most expensive treatment the drug reps are hawking and forget about conventional means, rarely follow up on issues, don't put labs in the computer unless begged for. Frequently miss order from the pharmacy. I think 15% of my prescriptions without an error. The doctor doesn't want to be bothered by the PA, the CMT over-rides what the PA prescribes, and the office clerk over-rides the CMT and expects the patients to explain to her why treatments she hasn't heard of. None of these people know their place in the world of medicine, Webster's apathy is at the heart of the problem and I'm not surprised he got sued years ago for negligence. Find another Office these people are little more than snake oil salesmen.
