We researched nearly two dozen 3PLs prior to choosing Webgistix. Webgistix offered the best account and customer service, SLAs, shipping network and warehouse tech (a major 'plus' for us was the ability to hook into the sophisticated Smartfill console). As a tech company with a proprietary cart system it was very important to achieve a seamless integration between our admin/IMS and W's Smartfill. It was a smooth setup allowing us to custom fulfill, search for or cancel orders all from our admin and then via our Smartfill integration. They even throw in a convenient metrics dashboard.\r \r Customer service is always fast and helpful, we get new products uploaded within an hour. Although we weren't the easiest company to work with during the move-in phase, the on-site staff was always friendly and helpful, possessing an extraordinary attention to detail. The team is beyond thorough when it comes to assuring order accuracy. Oh, and the warehouse itself is beautiful. My only complaint is the speedbumps in the parking lot. Those gotta go. more

My experience with Webgisitx has been great. I have tried other external fulfillment centers and they were frustrating, difficult and slow. Webgistix did a great job of getting us set up quickly and showing us the processes for using the services right out of the gate. \r \r Since then we have had a very positive experience using their services. They receive incoming shipments in a timely manner with great accuracy and always report any damages and discrepancy right away. They also ship orders out quickly with a very high level of accuracy. They also handle all of our returns for us, which is something that a lot of other services do not even offer, let alone do well. Compared to the other services we have tried Webgistix is exponentially better than anything else out there that we have tried. It also works great with our storefront on Shopify. \r \r We have used them for almost a year now and it has been a breathe of fresh air. more

I did a lot of research and contacted many fulfillment companies before choosing Webgistix and so far I am very happy with the decision. The simple pricing that Webgistix provided us with as well as their professional attitude were what swayed us to signup. \r \r We are lucky as we only have a limited number of SKU's which limits the potential for mistakes but so far order accuracy has been 100%. Customer service is generally great, you have a dedicated account manager who you contact for everything and if they do not know the answer to an issue straight away they will find out for you. Personally I would prefer several contacts for various issues (i.e. billing, IT, shipping) so as to not be bothering the same person all the time but that's my opinion. \r \r Outsourcing fulfillment is a big step for any company and it takes time to iron things out so that both parties are happy. The hardest thing is that you are not in control anymore and you cannot simply jump on an issue instantly as you would previously have done. This takes some getting used to but I have found Webgistix always happy to help and if possible they will really make that extra effort. \r \r My business would simply not be possible without Webgistix but we are off to a good start and I am excited about our future partnership. more

The cost of what I pay for Webgistix to help store and pack my customer orders is more than offset by what I save on shipping so it was an easy business decision to outsource my order fulfillment to them. I just started shipping from their Reno location in addition to Las Vegas and Atlanta. Their customer support team is always responsive and helpful. more

We just started working with Webgistix at the end of last year and things are going great. The integration with our Magento shopping cart went very smoothly and we have just added our Amazon order volume into the mix. Of course it is fun to have an excuse to go to Las Vegas and make it a business trip :) more

Fantastic Service 8/10/2011

Before we started outsourcing our order fulfillment, orders were disappearing into thin air and I spent half the day managing warehouse operations. Webgistix made order fulfillment more user-friendly, and gave us the data we needed to optimize our processes. Being able to manage our inventory and keep track of our stock levels through a cloud-based software was a tremendous aid to our business, and we highly recommend them. A friendly, honest company. 5/22/2011

Webgistix is a great company, an honest one trying to do the best they can for their customers. There were a few complications setting up our account, but after those were resolved it was smooth sailing. I had the opportunity to go down to Vegas and meet with the CEO, and we chatted over a lunch and a tour of their fulfillment centers, which ran like clockwork. I came away with the impression that this was someone who really cared about my business, and there are few enough companies I can actually say that about. more

I have to admit I'm a little surprised by the other reviews here. I've had an extremely positive experience with Webgistix. I have a background in warehouse management, so I know all the hassles and time involved in scheduling dock appointments at the warehouse, receiving pallets of merchandise, checking the contents, sorting it, storing it, and eventually picking and packing order for customers. With that in mind, it was a no-brainer to use a service provider, and this company has went above and beyond what was required of them to get us what we needed, when we needed it. Highly recommended. more

Worst company we've ever dealt with, nearly put us out of business. Unprofessional at every level. Never provided with packing slip draft which we only discovered was an embarrassment by ordering something from ourselves...full of careless spelling errors and incorrect web/email addresses. Refused to use our return address on shipping labels so all returns due to bad addresses, refused delivery, etc piled up (unreported) at their facility with no way to know what packages had been returned or why. This resulted in more fees assessed for handling returns we had made repeatedly clear should not be going back to them. Eventually returned inventory was filthy and damaged. They used UPS-branded labels on our USPS shipments to save a penny or so per label which made us look like the cheapskates using other carrier's materials. 100% guarantee is a joke, it was impossible to keep track of the screw-ups and try to hold them to that commitment. By far one of the worst companies I have ever done business with. If you are planning to ship with Webgistix, I would run as fast as you can.\r \r This is a perfect example of a mis-managed operation of a bunch of people who have no idea how to truly run a shipping operation and provide their customers with the service they need.\r \r Be afraid. Problematic 6/4/2010

We had similar problems with webgistix. We asked them to do physical inventory counts so that we could manage our business better. They did the count in one location, but had to be asked repeatedly to update the online inventory. The other location never updated the counts until we finally gave up and pulled the plug. If our online inventory counts aren't accurate, you can imagine the trouble we had with backorders, resupply orders, etc. Impossible to take our business to the next level. Upon termination, they did everything they could to drag their feet, make us jump through hoops, and essentially held our inventory hostage. Pros: online access Cons: inaccurate inventory more

Don't trust your business with this company 2/12/2010

Fulfillment is a tricky thing. You are trusting that a third party will provide great customer service to your customers. If the service is poor - your customer will blame you, not the fulfillment service. Webgistix has cost my company in terms of time lost, customers lost, incorrect shipments to customers, failure to fill back-orders, failure to respond to our companies inquiries, slow receiving and update of inventory, incorrect charges, and generally horrible, horrible customer service. I am a patient and forgiving person, but we had no choice but to fire Webgistix - never have I seen a service provider provide such shoddy service. Do not trust your business and your customer service with this company. Period. Cons: Simply Put - Terrible more
