My dollar car left me stranded in the mountains with my family. The temperature was 8 degrees. I called roadside assistance and was told a new car would be brought to me and would arrive in about 2 hours. SIX HOURS later, after sitting on the side of the road and new car arrives. Only after asking for a manager when turning in the car did they aggree to remove the lost day of rental from my bill. I paid the $93 bill and left. Two weeks later they used my credit card number to deduct money from my account twice for a total of $1100 of charges!!!!! No explanation, so call, no email, just BAM, takes money out of my account. I emailed their customer service two days ago and still have no reply!!!! Consumer beware...you may need a lawyer when renting here!!!!
