Never been to this Oltorf location, but the WAN FU II on Barton Springs Road (is it related?) is the best Chinese food in town -even when rated against MUCH more expensive ones! It's tops with me and everyone that I take there! Pros: Great tasting, Great atmosphere, Good money value Cons: No delivery - yet more
