Walser Buick GMC of Bloomington

Last year we had an excellent vehicle purchase with the Team at Walser BPG. We worked with Irv after meeting him during an earlier visit for maintenance on a different vehicle. We went in expecting a very bad deal based on our prior circumsances. Both my wife and I were pleasantly surprised. We got not only a new vehicle, but an awesome deal in the process. Everyone that worked with us went above and beyond our expectations to create a very good relationship. Walser GMC Buick in Bloomington was the absolute worst car buying experience i have ever had. What is worse is that after talking directly with the GM, Mitch Greene, my experience was even worse. TERRIBLE! more

I had a great experience with Walser, I went to test drive the new Buick Regal and I loved so I leased one they were waiting for. They made me feel like i was their only customer and gave me a fair amount for my trade. I left feeling like I got a great deal. Long story short....I contacted Walser and serveral of the peers by via email early one morning listing the criteria of the vehicle I had been in search for. Honestly, I was tired of looking myself and simply wanted someone to go find the vehicle I wanted. Within moments of sending my email off to Walser Bloomington, I received confirmation of receipt of my email and was assured someone would get to me shortly. Before 8am that same morning, Jeff Schmidt contacted me to confirm details. Within that same hour, Jeff had already located the EXACT vehicle I was looking for, with a price I couldn't refuse. Trust me, I had done my homework and knew what the 2011 Terrains were going for and that they weren't exactly easy to find. That afternoon, I had met with Jeff, test drove one they had one the lot and decided to go ahead and have the one Jeff located for me, (in Iowa) relocated to Minnesota. Within hours the dealer trade occurred and the exact vehicle I wanted, even in the color I had hoped was on it's way. Wow...that was easy! Jeff Schmidt is a super great guy to work with. Easy going, not pushy and very knowledgeable. For that matter, the entire team at Walser was awesome to work with. From the finance guy, to the General Manager. Everyone was super courteous and helpful! I assure you....when we are ready to buy our next vehicle, we will definately return to Walser Bloomington and ask for Jeff! Funny thing is, I have still yet to hear from a few of the Dealerships I inquired with and the others missed the boat! , Got a VM from one that they had two Regal's available....what? I never expressed and interest in a Regal....and one other finally got back to me a week and 1/2 later. It was with pleasure I told him....I already bought my 2011 Terrain from Jeff Schmidt over at Walser Bloomington. Their loss! Kudos to Jeff Schmidt! more

In my opinion and my experience….Walser Buick, Bloomington, MN gets an “A+” in customer service. My salesperson, Ted Weinberg, is top notch. He was courteous, professional and very helpful when I bought my 2010 Buick LaCrosse. I am a Buck LeSabre lover. My 2001 LeSabre was not easy to say goodbye to….Ted sold me the LeSabre and it performed beautifully over the years. I wish Buick would bring back the LeSabre. Being so content with my LeSabre, I never bothered to look at other cars. Therefore, when it came time to turn in the LeSabre, I searched around the cities. Some dealership salespeople never even approached me for service. They just stood in the window and watched. So, I went back to Walser and asked for Ted Weinberg. Ted allowed me to test drive any car on the lot (and I drove a few to get that perfect fit). The new technology is terrific but mind boggling. Ted and the Walser Buick technology experts walked me through all the “bells and whistles” that came with the LaCrosse. If I had any questions they were always just a phone call away. Everything about this dealership is great , including the coffee corner! Mitch Greene is a superior salesperson/manager and goes out of his way to greet me when I come in for any reason, Kevin Black keeps my car in tip top condition and makes reasonable suggestions that are for the good of the car, and Kelly does swell mechanical work. How can anyone beat all of that! Everyone there is so friendly and always take the time to chat and make you feel special. The quality of the product is reliable and keeps me coming back. more
