Walmart Pharmacy

I went to this Walmart to return a pair of croc like shoes as they were the wrong size. I stood in the customer service line while two ladies assisted the customer in front of me. They spent more time talking to each other than assisting the customer. A supervisor came over and interrupted the transaction and sent one of the girls back to her stand where she left her light on. The young lady complained the whole way and kept begging to come back with another girl to train. When I finally got to the counter the lady behind the counter spent more time talking over my shoulder to another worker than to me - the customer. This store gets many poor reviews. The parking lot is always dirty, the riffraff hanging around the front door deters people from entering. I only shop here as a necessity, because it's close. Management does not seem to care about their reputation and customer service is severely lacking. This store needs an overhaul! more

The store is filthy, as has been mentioned, but the customer service is atrocious. The store is almost completely staffed by black women with attitudes. Today we tried to return a 1 day old defective item, on which we'd purchased an extended warranty. As we stood in line, we noticed one of the customer service agents - a huge, unattractive black woman - was staring at me. Politeness dictates that when one is caught staring, they look away. Not this woman. She was determined to stare me down. I got out of the line and left my boyfriend to deal with her. He got to her, presented the item and the receipt, told her that there was not another item in stock for an exchange (though we would have loved to have had one) and she told him that he couldn't have a refund. Meanwhile, black and Mexican women were walking up with no receipts and getting refunds. I asked him why he didn't request the manager and he said ""I knew there would be a problem as I was walking up to the counter... I was the only white guy in line and she was giving me nasty looks. I'd have been standing there another 15 minutes while she 'remembered' to call the manager to the front."" I'll be calling the Regional Manager tomorrow. more

I live near this Walmart and will NEVER shop there at anytime of the day or night. Its filthy inside and out. You see dirty diapers in the parking lot and fast food bags and wrappers cover the parking lot. Inside is just a little cleaner but not by much. Drive a mile away and go to a very nice, clean and nicer cliente store - Target. The neighborhoods around this store are not indicative of the clientele that shop at this Walmart. I hate to bring race into it, but if you're not black, I wouldn't go. The place is scary and being not black is a definite sign to every employee there to treat you poorly. The lines are always outrageous (talking 12-18 people in line ALL the time!), and the place is dirty and poorly stocked. When I used to have to go there, I would always make sure to tell someone where I was going, and I would stay on my cell the whole time, that way someone would know where they hid my body. I know this sounds really extreme, but the place was NOT a good place at all. Cons: Filthy, Scary. more
