I visited wachovia the first time with a problem. I had my wallet stolen and my last bank account was now overdrawn because someone had used my debit card somewhere. Due to bad customer service, I never recieved a refund for the fraudulent purchases, so while I had the case in litigation I needed a bank account. Wachovia was happy to help me set up a free account, with all the bells and whistles. The were friendly and nice and are always willing to answer my questions. Great business.
