I don't even remember the name of the woman who did my hair, but she had her assistant do my highlights while she chain smoked outside. After my hair was done processing, I looked in the mirror in shock, my highlights were orange! She explained that, ""they were brassy because they need to fad a little,"" and having worked in a salon before, I knew that was a complete lie; my highlights were brassy because she did not tone my hair! She was a Middle Eastern woman with an accent and horrible attitude. Do NOT go to this salon!
