worst client service ever seen 8/23/2019

I have bought 2 VW SUVs in the past 2 years, service for oil change or recalls have been a nightmare. My husband owns a TDI Tiguan and the mechanics at this place do not know how to change the oil, when they do, they overflow the system despite having plenty of computer alerts telling them that they are. When we return the vehicle to get the problem fix they then put less oil than indicated just because they seem to cannot know how to do it the right way. All of these happened months ago, we gave it a chance and took the car back for a new oil change and this time (again) they state they need to keep the car over the weekend (despite the fact that the appointment for the oil change was made over a week ago ) because they have backed up work from the week. The do not offer any alternatives or provide service car. do they think people just have spare cars? We own cars because we need them not because we can spend 4 days + inconveniences for them to do something that should take them 30 minutes. This is ridiculous. more

Scott is an asset to your organization. He was not out for a quick sale and worked a process to find the right vehicle for me. I could have gone elsewhere, but he was able to build a loyalty. I've visited many dealerships in the last few weeks and had people not even follow up with a call. Scott was very attentive. He knew exactly what I was looking for and although not always having an exact match - he kept me in mind! It took patience over a course of 4 weeks and ultimately a true win-win. After meeting him I was only looking at purchasing through Hall and would recommend him to others. I had a previousl experience with Hall a few years ago athough it didn't result in a sale. I've always been impressed with the caliber of sales professionals. I have had limited experience with the the service side and am hoping that the professioanlism extends to this area as well. I would definitely rate Scott as truly exceptional! more

Great Welcome 6/13/2011

Tom Dauphin was fantastic. The dealership was very good. Tom came out from the dealership quickly with a great welcome! We came to the dealership to get an oil change, however with Tom's soft sell approach, we bought a car! He spelled everything out. Hall is lucky to have Tom on staff! more

Good experience 6/13/2011

I received a very thourough orientation to the vehicle, which was sorely needed! Helping me to set up the blue tooth was so very much appreciated, as well as the easy to understand explanations of the electronics. This is my first NEW car, so the up to the minute bells and whistles are all new to me! They made the process go so smoothly. I did not feel pressured to buy a specific model. I felt like they wanted me to have the best car for me and my needs, not the best deal or the best profit maker for the dealership. I also appreciated the coupons for service and equipment. more

Changed my mind about "dealer based" service 6/13/2011

While in the past I have kept away from "dealer based" service on my VW, this positive experience will cause me to reconsider that mindset and attitude. In fact, I will be taking my car into Hall VW/Mazda within the next few weeks for some additional work. Thanks! more

Leasing two vehicles 5/25/2011

I am leasing two vehicles from Hall and I would definitely/already have referred them to friends and co-workers. The car buying process is easy and they always work extremely hard to explain all the details. From the sales process to the paper work the experience was great. Salah was awesome and I plan to work with him in the future on our next lease/purchase. He even ordered us small VW jackets because the other sizes were to large. He truly went above and beyond for us. Jake both times worked with me on my lease paper work. It was nice knowing he remembered me and to be able to see a familiar face. I highly recommend Hall VW to anyone who is looking for car shopping made simple. more

Best service ever at a car dealership 4/22/2011

: Lance gave me the best service I have ever had at a car dealership. He not only is taking care of some car matters for me, but he is taking my car to a window tint spot for me. Because of Lance, my life got much easier because I was able to drop off my car and get everything fixed. I additionally was able to get the service right when I want to. This is the first VW dealership that I actually really like the service team. I feel totally great that I now have a service technician that I can trust to get the work done and who will help me get my car fixed anywhere even if the VW dealership can't do it. Nice Job Lance! And thank you thank you thank you for all your hard work! more
