My husband and I knew Ty needed braces and we would have to choose a Doctor and get going on it soon. What we didn't know is how wonderful our experience would be with Dr.Volk and her staff. I love Dr. Volk! She is amazing. I went to other Orthodontists and I was uncomfortable. Started treatment with Dr. Trapani (also fabulous) and transferred services to Dr. Volk when she started at the practice a couple of years ago. My daughters have been going for regular checkups every 6 months for the past 3 years and are just now getting braces. They did the checkups without ever charging anything. I highly recommend this practice to anyone. They do not recommend any treatment that is not necessary. They also do not start treatment until the patient is ready. Most Orthos do it immediately rather the child is ready or not. Great payment options also. I trust Dr Volk so much I am getting braces myself next week. more

My daughter attends a Christian college in Elgin, Il. We needed an orthodontist for her in the area. We did our homework in searching for an orthodontist. Since we lived out of the area, we even visited 3 offices and had two good references from friends that were former patients. I felt there was noone who could compare with the friendly atmoshere, good reputation, and the good price. Thanks Hurley and Volk more
