I've been going to Ericka the stylist for years, but when I called to schedule an appointment I found out she'd left the company. After reading reviews, I made an appointment with Jenny. It's been a couple of weeks since my hair cut, but I do love it. She did a great job and I will be going back to her from now on! more

Celina gets another great rating 12/1/2009

I read the reviews about Celina and had an appointment today. Yep, she's great. I've been trying to get a medium length bob haircut for the past 5 years and Celina got it right the first time. Just like everyone says-she talks with you about what will work and what won't work; she shows you how much she's going to cut and has a plan for making the style work. I even got to meet the ""famous Jenny"" from these reviews, too when I was there. Celina loves cutting and stying hair and it shows. She is a totally cool person-give her scissors a try. Love everything about VC 11/30/2009

I could easily go to a barber and pay less, but I love the shampoo and hot towel service! Always get a great cut and well worth every penny!! Have seen several different stylist. Have always been happy!! Pros: Great service Cons: I only come in once a month :( more

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my haircut! Celina is brilliant. Usually I drive to Austin and pay a fortune for a drop-dead gorgeous haircut, but for practical reasons, my mom and I decided to go to Celina and Jenny based on all the good Citysearch reviews. I showed Celina photos of haircuts that I like, told her the issues I have with my hair, and quick as a flash she gave me an absolutely gorgeous haircut! Better than Austin. I love it! Jenny did a beautiful job on my mom's hair; I would go to her in a heartbeat if Celina were not available. My mom said we should have been coming here a long time ago, and I agree. Celina and Jenny are true artists; not only can they give you superstar hair (they can cut AND style), but they can do it FAST. They know what they're doing, and we will definitely be coming back again and again. Thank you, Celina, for making me look like a star! You and Jenny are so fabulous! I want to offer this ""Shout Out"" for my stylist Jenny. She is a dedicated professional. She listens to the details I share regarding my cut, and then she produces great work. Finding a stylist you can count on is tough. I have found my stylist, and will be loyal to her, and to Visible Changes as a result of the impression she has left me with. Thank you Jenny!! I found out about Beatriz from my mom and sister. I had been growing out my hair to donate the year they discovered Bea. Every time they came home with a new haircut I fell in love with the style! So once I could finally donate my hair, I knew exactly who I wanted to go to! I was not disappointed! I love how Beatriz cuts my hair :) She's fun and upbeat and has a great attitude. Jenny is great! No one else has ever cut my hair so well. I have fine, wavy hair that is so hard to cut right. I honestly didn't know my hair could look this good. I thought I would always have problem hair, until Jenny cut it. I was amazed, and I will always be her customer.\r \r I have a friend with similar hair. She used to pay over $300 for a hair cut, and still wasn't happy. I sent her to Jenny, and she was thrilled! I think Visible Changes is too pricey, but my friend thought it was a bargain. The nice thing about the prices, is that they are very clear about what each service costs. i.e. There's a sign by the hair wash station that states how much each conditioning treatment is.\r \r I'm so happy to finally have Jenny who really knows how to make my hair look good. Jenny at Visible Changes, Willowbrook knows what she's doing. Tell her what you want done to your hair and she'll get it done! Every time i've gone to her for my hair i've been SOOO happy with the results. Plus, she talks to you like she would a friend. It's easy to talk to her and fun :) \r \r SO worth the money :) more
