Even though the mall could use a fixer upper, the NW VC keeps the end of the mall alive. A friendly smile always greets you as you walk in, the assistants are hard at work and focused on their on the job training. The stylists look great as always and are always willing to help you out, with a great style,and product know how. Yes maybe the location could use a face lift, but for the most part, these talented people do the best with what they have and are thankful for thier regulars as well as a new face that walks in, every client is gold. I tend to notice that in bigger salons the vibe is a little colder and not so personal. Where as the vibe in a smaller salon is much more personal. I think people tend to gravitate more to a setting where they are accepted and so is thier family. All walks of life step into NW VC, there for like i said every client is gold.
The majority of the staff is Hispanic, there for the translation is not so hard to comprehend. Honestly most Spanish only speaking clients prefer a bilingual stylist, which perfectly fine. they are up to date on the new styles and and always ready for a fun challenge.
