Visible Changes - Collin Creek Mall

i have been getting my hair highlighted since I was 14 (and I am 26 now)...Visisble Changes has been my salon since I was 17! I used to live in Houston and my color specialist was EDNA (for the past 8 years or so)- she was AWESOME!!! A few of my friends loved my hair so much that THEY started going to her too! I just recently moved to Dallas so I HAD to get a stylist that was CLOSER...So, I went to Visislbe Changes @ Colin Creek Mall (Dallas/Plano) and got JULES to do my highlights & she did a GREAT job. It just makes me happy that I can go to 2 different people, in 2 different cities, and ALWAYS have a HAPPY/SATISFIED END RESULT....I miss EDNA dearly but JULES makes me look HOT TOO! -NC more

I've been going here for 2 years. Tiffany is the best. She has brought my hair back to life! She give great advice on how to keep my hair healthy. Everyone is very nice! Pros: Great service, great skills Cons: cost a little much more

I have been getting my hair styled here for over 3 years and have no complaints. I have used 4 different stylist (only because I sometimes wait till the last minute to make an appointment & my usual stylist is not available) and all of them have done a great job. Mary Jo is who I have been seeing for about the last year and a half to two years and she does a very good job. If she uses a product on my hair, she always explains what it is, how much to use and how to use it. Before going to this salon, I used to get my hair styled but then it would never look like the style I had when I walked out the door of the salon because they would never explain what they were doing. Always feel comfortable here...very friendly atmosphere. Pros: Pretty much everything Cons: It is a little far from my house, but worth the drive more

From the first time I visited their salon while shopping T and G's competition at the mall a year ago I can't see myself going any where else. Jen is the most creative customer service friendly stylist in Dallas. I've only switched styalist once because of busines trip that caused me to get an early cut. I found the service is exemplary no matter who does your hair. The shampoo treatment will leave you falling asleep in the chair and more relaxed than if hired a maseuse. Book early only because I got lucky as a walk in but the experience is worth the wait even if you have to. Pros: Easiy to get too in the mall next to JC Pennys Cons: Always booked because of excellence so plan on scheduling in advance more

I was able to book a last minute appointment with Cindy today. When I got in, Aracely washed my hair. She was very polite and was nice enough to ask me whether or not the water temp. was good. Cindy did an excellent job on my hair. I went from an even bob to a more edgy, textured look. It was exactly what I wanted.. and she thinned out/texturized my hair perfectly. She was very good about explaining what products she was using and how to use them, which is very helpful IMO. The cut was $60 (pre-tip), and definitely worth it. :) Pros: Great Service, Awesome Cut, Helpful more
