Lauren is extremely professional and my hair cut was exactly what I asked for. In addition, she styled my hair so perfectly I was so impressed. She has a lot of talent and gives you the product and service for an excellent experience overall. I highly recommend her and I'm very picky about my hair and anyone that I would use as a stylest. I do not live in Austin but got married there in July '10. I walked into my appointment with 2 photos of what I ""thought"" I would like my hair to look like. Like a true, artist, Kenya did not just copy what I brought in... She took into consideration my facial features, the weight of my hair and asked what I liked about the 2 photos. In the end, my hair came out beautiful. It was similar to the photo but fit me perfectly. Thank you Kenya! Pros: Professional & Very Friendly more

I love going to Visible Changes. Kenya is my stylist and I LOVE going to her. She is always in a great, upbeat mood and I always enjoy our conversations. She is always there to offer advice on how to style my hair and offer some great suggestions on products as well. I HIGHLY recommend anyone to make an appointment with her asap. LAUREN is one of the best stylists I?ve ever met. She is very professional but yet friendly. I have very long hair and she did a great job at styling it. I don?t usually post reviews, but I decided to do it this time because her service was EXCELENT. She definitely took her time and I appreciate that because most places/stylists rush when doing my hair. If you want great hear at a reasonable price, this is the place to go. more

I cannot say enough about Colleen, she is the best stylist I have been to in a long time. She is very professional, precise, and really pays attention to detail. I knew I had found my stylist when she cut & styled my hair exactly how I like it on my first visit. I think it is a real testament to how good a stylist is when a customer is able to advertise for them with how their hair looks, and that is how I was fortunate to find Colleen, I saw one of her existing long time clients in a restaurant, loved her hair cut & style and had to find out where she got her hair done. Frankie and VC staff are fabulous! 2/27/2010

Frankie gave me exactly what I want; a haircut that gets compliments! I moved here from New York and agonized about where to go, because I'm very picky about my hair. I chose Visible Changes based on all the good reviews, and I'm glad I did. I saw other stylists doing really fabulous cuts/styles as well, which is always a good sign... The service here is friendly, very accommodating, and made me feel comfortable. You can't ask for more than feeling good and looking good too! Thank you, Frankie! Uber Satisfied Every Time!!! 11/16/2009

I have gone to Visible Changes for every one of my haircuts since I graduated highschool. I donated my hair to Locks of Love the first time and was amazed at how beautiful my hair looked and I have gone there ever since. I recently went to get my haircut after almost a year (I know! It's hard to keep up with that working 2 jobs and trying to get out of college!) and Frankie did an amazing job! He is very knowledgeable and experienced cutting hair as well as using and suggesting styling products and aides. He is very professional and wram! The girl who'd been cutting my hair for the past two years moved to Waco...and a friend suggested I try out Alicia. Best Stylist in town - Brenna 5/31/2009

I've been to many salons in Auatin, even the most expensive. However, Visible Changes in Barton Creek Mall beats them all hands down? Why? Well, because Brenna works there! Best stylist and cutter in town, Brenna truly Rocks! Not only amazing talent, but super, neat person! And if it's color you need - you gotta go to Tyla! cherri is great 5/29/2009

i went into visible changes for the very first time (after having my friends do my hair for more than 3 years)...and i was super nervous because new people have constantly butchered my hair in the past. i was lucky enough to get my hair cut by cherri. although we spoke about books and school the whole time, she cut my hair superbly...now i have all kinds of crazy layers (the look i was trying to achieve) and i can't wait for it to grow really long to see all the layers in action. she's very knowledgable on hair and she is quite a visionary. mad props to her. I have had my hair cut by Frankie a few times and plan on going to see him as a regular client at his new location. I have read the review that Visible Changes wrote to his clients and to be honest I think it is very unprofessional! What does it say about their character if they are trying to bribe his clients with discounts just to send them to another stylist there at the salon? They obviously aren't worried about your satisfaction but only about keeping your money. I would highly recommend that the management at this salon rethink their strategy on how to keep their customers happy. Pros: Most stylists are well trained Cons: staff more

Cherri can cut long layers! 3/23/2009

Cherri cuts my long hair in amazing layers that grow out and stay for months. She never tries to push product on you and only will sell you products that actually work on your hair. She is very focused and concentrates while she cuts your hair, so don't expect her to be talking to you non-stop. She also educates herself about hair and is constantly researching styles. FRANKIE AND MISTY ARE NOW AT GRAPEVINE SALON. To make an appointment go to their website. I've been going to Frankie for my hair for about 4 yrs now and I get compliments from everybody! I get stopped by strangers in public and am constantly asked who cuts my hair.
