Best School Ever!!! 3/25/2010

This school is the best school ever!!!! I attended another beauty school years ago, but dropped out. I did not leave because I didn't want to do hair. I left because I wanted to learn the proper way to do hair, and the other school did not help me with this. From the first day I attended Virginia Farrell, I was welcomed by the front staff Ms Kathy, and she was so nice. I then met Mr. B. What can I say? He is so helpful and very knowledgeable. I couldn't ask for a better instructor. Ms Pattie, I just love her. Ms Lewis is very personable and informative. Ms A. I haven't yet had the pleasure of having her as an instructor, but I'm sure she's just as knowledgeable as the others. I have learned more in my 3 months of attending VF than I could have ever expected. My experience has only been good, and I look forward to walking through those doors every morning. I'm excited about learning and most of all learning from people that I enjoy being around. Pros: Educated Instructors and staff Cons: Not enough time in the day for all the things I have learned more

THE WORST SCHOOL EVER.... It is dirty very un professional the managers and teachers are absloutly insane and dont care about teaching or helping the students grow for what they pay for. MRS. A MR.B are by far the worst two teachers and they teach at the livonia location. The main office in southfield is so un professional that when your registering for school the actual so called employee is smoking in her office. You pay money to learn nothing from this school and for that matter you recieve no education from this school. By far worst school ever not to mention the racisim within the school. DO NOT ATTEND .\r Cons: DIrty, un professional, teachers,managment, head quarters, main office...nothing good about this school! more

worst school to attend 3/19/2008

I went to this beauty school and quit due to horrible teachers, gross atmosphere and lack of education provided. Why, in the heart of Livonia, would I want to learn how to make a stocking cap wig???? TOTALLY NOT WHAT WAS EXPECTED!! I have lived a mile from the school my entire life and NEVER would have imagined how horrible this school really was. Pros: location Cons: everything else more
