At virgil's you're gonna get stuffed from the get go. I'd suggest not eating for the day and wait till the evening. My recommendation are definitely the ribs, but usually i can never finish them, so getting the rib and chicken combo usually does the trick for me. Add a side order of mashed potatoes with a lot of gravy and mac and cheese and you're all set! The atmosphere reminds me of what you would see in a texan movie. It's loud, noisy, and fast. The wait staff is a bit slow at times, especially when you're dying for water after putting the hot and spicy barbeque sauce on those juicy ribs.
Overall, good family fun, as they have small and larger tables if the whole gang wants to go out and eat.
