I had visited this auto repair shop a few months ago with a few car problems. One was my brakes making sounds and the other was something wrong with the ignition (sometimes my car would start sometimes it would be difficult). During my first visit, Greg was able to tell me what each of the problems were. Turns out I didn't need to change my brakes yet, thank you Greg for being honest. I went back for a second visit and got the ignition issue fixed at a very reasonable price and eventually had my brakes fixed/replaced there too. Overall I had a great experience and will come back to Victory Auto for all my future auto repair needs. more

Best mechanics and always provides quality auto repair. The prices are very affordable and you are never disappointed with the service. prompt, detailed auto repair center 12/19/2011

Great attention to detail, honest, car diagnosed correctly the first time. I needed to buy a car, and I can only afford a used one so I looked up a few used cars. I told Greg that I would be brining it in so he can take a look at it before I bought it, just in case it needed any repairs or would cause any major problems in the future. Over a period of 3-4 weeks, I took these cars to him, he evaluated them one by one, as I took it in to the auto repair shop. He and his mechanics are so reliable and gave their honest opinions on which car I should choose based on my needs out of the 3. I finally ended up buying a used 2000 Honda accord, and so far am loving my decision. If there are any repairs in the future, I’ll definitely bring it to this service center. Thanks Greg & staff! more

honest auto repair in van nuys 9/21/2011

came here a few days ago. mechanics in this auto shop know what they're doing for sure. not a huge shop. i needed a lot of work on my car, i wanted to stay and wait but the office wasn't too big/convenient to wait in. nonetheless, the service provided outweighs anything else! i was thinking of giving 4 stars ONLY b/c of the waiting area, but b/c my car was fixed 100%, didn't cost me an arm and a leg, and because the guys were so honest, they deserved full 5 stars. Give them a try, I think they just earned a new customer out of me. thanks Victory Auto Service. more

Victory Auto Service Center is by far the best auto repair I've gone to in Van Nuys and hte surrounding areas. I guess the owner, Greg really trains his mechanics really well, and/or hires those who have great experience. Everyone treats you like you've been long time friends, none of them try to sell you on stuff you dont need. They spoke to me with basic terms, ones that I can understand, no auto repair lingo that you can't understand. I trusted every recommendation and got my radiator fixed, tune-up, and oil changed! -Brad more

very good auto repair 6/24/2011

this is very good auto repair location. I have a taxi/transportation business and have plenty of cars that need repair every so often. I drive many miles to airport downtown and other locations. I need my cars fixed and inspected regularly becuase if my taxis are not working im not have business. I bring my cars to this auto repair shop and Greg is always takes good care of me. This auto repair shop has one of the nicest mechanics I've ever met. Anytime they are looking at my car, they tell me EXACTLY what's wrong with it. I was about to get on the 170 freeway on when my car shut off. So luckily I was able to find a nearby auto repair shop with the Citysearch app I have on my smart phone. Read the reviews for Victory Auto, saw that they have a 10% off for new customers so I thought I'd give it a try. I must admit they were very informative and courteous. They towed my car to their shop at no charge to me. after a while, They brought me my keys and said ""we're all done."" I think I found a new mechanic to go to, and I live in Sherman Oaks, so it's very close to Van Nuys. thanks again. more

I brought my car to the shop to get my brakes replaced. BEST auto repair service in Van Nuys, no question. The whole process was quick, easy, and the guy didn't charge me too much. I'm coming back when I need more work for sure. more

my van looks like new again 4/26/2011

victory auto service center in van nuys really saved me money and made my van looks new again. my van was hit from the front and damage my radiator, my front lights were all broken grill was cracked and broken, you name it. lucky for me i dont live to far from van nuys so i called victory auto, they towed my car and bring it to the shop. i picked up my car in a week and i never think i crashed my car because its look great. thanks to you victory auto service center, im appreciate your help and nice guys. more

my car is saved!!! 4/13/2011

I didn't know what to expect when I first came to Victory Auto Service Center considering ive had many other mechanics in the past not being able to fix my car, or my car breakin down ina few weeks after repairs. I race often in my Nissan 240sx so my car is very valuable to me. My car would sometimes shut off or not turn on..Greg sat in my car, tried to start the egnition and immediately said it was a fuel injector and spark plug issue. He ordered the parts for my car, installed it and now my car works GREAT! it's been 2 1/2 months now and my car is still riding smoothly! he was friendly, knew his stuff really well and his overall service was awesome. I've found myself a new mechanic and my racing career continues... more

great mechanics..best service 4/10/2011

The staff is great, and the prices are very reasonable. He always gives me his honest opinion and knows exactly what the problem is when I bring in my car. I get my oil change here, and the regular tune ups on my honda (besides the other problems my car gives)... Thanks Greg!! you're the best :-D more

Fair Prices Solid Work 6/12/2002

I've been going to Victory Auto for many years now. This is a full service shop that handles mechanical repairs and body work for both foriegn and domestic cars. They always give an accurate diagnosis and a fair price. If you drive a BMW or Mercedes you should definitely give this shop a try. more
