Victor Thompson and his office manager Xanda are wonderful!!!
I switched all my insurance (home, car, business) to this firm because I really wanted a company that knew who I was and cared about mine and my family's needs. Victor and Xanda do just that.
I had found out the hard way that insurance is only as good as the people who stand behind it.
After switching over to this branch particular branch of Farmers I feel like I am finally getting the interaction and input I need on my policies.
Insurance is one of those items we really have to purchase in life...some agent rely on just that, and give no personal service whatsoever.
I've gotten excellent advise and personal help with this Thompson. I'll never go elsewhere again!!!
