They treat even those working to pay off their debt poorly. 9/29/2011

Veracity Financial group took money out of my account before the agreed scheduled date, thus effing me over financially. I am a young adult that previously got into some debt, when i was a VERY young adult, and am now working on paying it off as well as I can. Anywho, I set up a payment plan with them to pay it off, and they agreed to take the amount agreed upon out of my account on the 15th of each month, after I got paid and agreed to do so, in four easy payments. Anywho, my August payment was taken out of my account on the 12th, and overdrew my bank account. I called them MULTIPLE times to see if they would correct this error, left many messages and an email, with no response. In September I called them to make sure the money would be taken out on time, and they apologized, stating that they were working with a new system in August, and thats why the money was taken out earlier. Anyway, I now realized something was off on my bank account, and they took Octobers payment out TODAY, 16 days early. I am so frustrated, and worried, because I guarantee they will not return my call, as they had not in August. I think it's very, very unfair that they agree to set up a payment plan with someone who WANTS to pay off their debt, and then feel free to have access to their bank account and take whatever they want to out whenever they want to! BEWARE! DO NOT SET UP A PAYMENT PLAN WITH THESE PEOPLE. send them a damn check in the mail, and make them wait for it. It's so, so SO unfortunate what they do to people that are honestly trying to pay off their debt! more

How Rude 2/9/2009

These people would call my work and harass me to the point i had to have a supervisor tell them not to call me at work and they still did. When speaking with the ""OWNER"" he is the rudist person i think there is alive,. I am recovering from ID Theft and the people that do collections for wells fargo are nicer than this guy was and when you try to ask him a simple question, he blames you for interrupting him. I PRAY TO GOD I NEVER HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS ******* COMPANY EVER AGAIN. Word of caution: when you ask for a letter stating everything is paid for, you will never get one!!!! Pros: There are none Cons: Too many to list more
