I booked by bday party at the venue in a VIP section by phone. I pre-paid for 10 guests to get in free and was told that they would not have to wait in line upon arrival. I was also told that the cost for my area would be $250 which includes a bottle of champaign of my choice. When I arrived, I was not treated as the "Birthday Girl". I had to wait in line just like everyone else (even though I pre-paid). When I finally got in, I ordered my bottle and the waitress tried to charge me an extra $250 which would have been a total of $500! I explained to her that when I booked my party by phone, I was told that my section & bottle was covered with $250. She got a manager, and they both claimed that the person I spoke to over the phone did not work for them. If he didnt work for them, how did they know about my party arrangement? After about an hour of conflict the finally settled for $275 and brought my bottle of Rose'. When the rest of party started to arrive, they were calling me on my cell phone explaining that they had to wait at the end of the long line when they should have been VIP.(entry without waiting) I had to leave my section and walk thru the crowd everytime someone arrived to get them inside with no hassle. I couldn't even sit, drink, and enjoy myself. Once my party arrived, it took forever for the waitress to come back to take our drink orders. Once she finally took the drink orders, she never brought them back. My party suffered the whole night without drinks and had to walk out of VIP, thru the crowd, & wait at the bar to order their own drinks(including myself!) Is this the crap I paid for?! The club is overcrowded. They allow as many people as they can fit inside(for more money). If you dont have a VIP section, you will be standing shoulder to shoulder with a stranger all night. There is not even room to dance. The service was horrible, the staff is rude and are scams. It was absolutely the most horrible birthday party ever! I will never go back let alone recommend anyone.
