Not a good way to gain customers. I, for one, will not be returning.
Ironically, everybody I've ever met at animal hospitals have been really pleasant. This is the first occasion where there was a very cold vibe in the place. I didn't understand why until I met the owner and then it made perfect sense. What an unhappy person but really does she think that people want to pay to get treated like crap? If so, then she should find a good psychiatrist with a whip.
