Great Place 11/30/2010

I have been going to Mesa Animal Hospital for about 10 years and have always had fair, courtesy, and friendly service from the doctors and staff. The receptionists know me by name. The female doctor, Dr. Seagal, is my favorite because she will spend extra time with me answering all my silly questions. My golden/lab is my baby and I will not take her anywhere else. more

Mesa Vet. Care Center, Victorville CA, should re-evaluate their practices! 11/11/2008

I have a family pet who was cared for by Mesa Animal Hospital. When I have gone in, multiple times, with my pet I have not recieved the kind and caring staff which one expects to recieve. I have not recieved the proper overall examinations to my pets symptoms. We have been several times over the course of app. 2 years with our pet regarding her discomforts all to hear over again the absolutely wrong diagnosis. Consequently our beloved pet had to be put to rest due to a massive tumor that went "undiscovered" by one of the DVM. How this went "undiscovered" is truely beyond me. You mean to tell me that with as many oppourtunities you had to examine "thoroghly" our pet it never once crossed your thoughts why her trachea was collapsed? You diagnosed this as being older & a bit over weight. Shame on your practices as a DVM! I do not recommend Mesa Animal Hospital to anyone with a pet. DVMs are trained to care for animals...not neglect any possible examination to reach the proper diagnosis. more

Great concern 10/27/2008

I had a dog that was found wandering the desert that was taken here to evaluate. He had x-rays done and it was found that there was something metal in his stomach, it was unknown as to what it was. The doctor helped to keep him comfortable in hopes that this item would pass. Unfortunatly after doing bloodwork we found that he was going thru liver failure and he was euthanised but they were all wonderful and very comforting. more

Ok Vet place! 3/16/2005

I went here for a while. They are way too high priced. You wait long to get your animals in to their appointments and long to pick them up and pay the bill and you better check the bill because sometimes they mess up and give them a shot you didnt say they could give them. I had a dog with cancer and the vet left his lump or bipsy out on the counter for 2 weeks so it couldne even be checked for cancer. I had pills one dog had taken and the price there was 5 times higher than going to another pharmacy. more
