I am a repeat customer from value cars, three times over. I have always been taken very well care of. My previous car had transmission issues and they helped me deal with Volkswagen and get it taken care of (under warranty). My husband also purchased his truck from them and is very happy. My husband is in the military and when he has been gone, Value Cars answered my questions. Everyone there was really nice and helpful. I'm super excited about my new VW. I dont much care for shopping for vehicles but I have to admit, the guys at Value Cars were very straight forward and fair. My wife and I found a conversion van specific to our needs, but these vans can get abused so it was important that we were assured of the condition before we headed down to take a look. Extra pics, carfax and dealer repairs were all provided up front so not to be any surprises. Very pleased! more

Great customer service.. Came in a little defensive since I've had previous bad experiences with car sales... I was very pleased with the whole transaction.. From when we came in all the way to taking my new Aviator home.. Everything went fast and smooth.. If you are looking for a new car they have it.. I was looking for a Lincoln Navigator and I found it at value cars in national city. It is usually a hassle to buy a car but everyone in this dealership are professional and very helpful. They delivered on all of their promises. I noticed that the spare tire and spare key were missing. They bought a new spare tire and made a key for me at the Lincoln dealer. I was dealing with sales person Ed, finance managers Rene and Dave.They were all very helpful and professional. The owner Paul spoke to me to make sure I was happy and fully satisfied. I am very happy with my purchase and recommend this dealership. They stand behind what they say and promise. Check this place out you will be happy. I just purchased a 2008 Camry Hybrid from Value Cars. I was very reluctant to purchase from a non-franchise dealer, but in the end it turned out to be a very smooth transaction. They were able to work with my credit union and also provided me with 3 year extended warranty at a low price. My salesperson John, was very professional and very patient. He took me to see Alex (his mechanic) to lift the Camry so I could see under the car - it came from another state. Next day after the purchase, I returned to see John about a missing Navigation CD, and he was able to assist in ordering one for me. \r \r I will definitely recommend buying a car from Value Cars. more
