EXCELLENT SERVICE 8/18/2009

THERE ARE SO MANY TOW COMPANIES THAT DO PRIVATE IMPOUNDS AND MISTAKENLY TAKE THE WRONG CARS. VALLEY TOWING IS SMART TO NOT TAKE THE LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY. I HAVE USED VALLEY TOWING ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS. THE CALL TAKERS AND DRIVERS HAVE ALWAYS BEEN VERY COURTEOUS. THE TRUCKS HAVE ALWAYS GOTTEN TO ME IN A TIMELY MANNER AND THE COST IS REASONABLE. I WOULD RECOMMEND VALLEY TOWING TO EVERYONE. more

SERVICE 5/20/2007

Just recently I had the misfortune of my car breaking down on the freeway. I called numerous tow companies and Valley Towing was the cheapest. The tow truck was to my car in approx. 15 to 20 minutes later. The driver was curtious allowing me and my children to wait in his air-conditioned truck while he hooked up my car. After dropping my vehicle at the dealership the driver was curtious enough to see that my children and I got home safely. Big thanks. Rude people, poor service 6/20/2005

Our HOA has a contract with this company to tow vehicles but they will never tow them for us when we ask them to. The cars are parked in violation but the people on the phone are always just really rude to us. We used them before we moved here for a personal tow and it was nearly $50 more than the company we had called for a shorter distance tow the previous time. Then the guy lowered the bill when we complained but held his hand out waiting for a tip! How rude! more
