1st off, when I arrived I handed my cats to them over the counter in a carrier. She said, "are they both in there? Yes, they are. Well I guess I can put them separately back here. That is if I can touch them." Duh! you can to...uch them woman. I never met the doctor like I always do when I go to clinics. (getting declaw). She had asked me to verify they received shots so I gave her my vets #. When she called Bebe had no record of shots so I had to pay $70 for hers! $70?!!! are you kidding? I told her it doesn't cost that much! She says if you go to a "normal" clinic (red flag #1) then it's a lot more expensive. Ummm NO it isn't. So she says I can give Chuey and Bebe shots for $80 total. That's $40 each. Ummm Chuey doesn't need shots he just got his! Now how is that a deal? She later calls me back and says she called Chuey's vet and all he's had was rabies shots. Duh! What more do you need, I asked. She explains shots needed and I disagree. She then says, ok we can't let this happen again. Um, ok. Whatever. No shots for Chuey. The bill came out to only $65 for Bebe's shots. Now explain that one! Bitching got me $5 off. Woohoo! :/ So when I went to pick them up today, she says hang on, I gotta put them both in the carrier. When I got in the car I noticed a strong piss odor. As I get home and inspect further, I see they left pissed on newspaper under the pillow that was in the carrier and there was blood everywhere. Both cats were soaked in piss. What vet leaves pets in their carrier for the duration of an overnight stay? Usually they are put into a kennel with a litterbox. Well I don't think they were ever fed either. When I got home and gave them food, they attacked it like so ravenous. Total bill $265
