I have been a client of theirs since it opened back in the mid 80's. Back then the owners did some of the work and would oversee the quality of work being done. Over the past several years I have had a number of issues with brake service that was defective. At first, i figured it was just a mistake. But, last year I had to bring my vehicle in four times for same brake issue before it was somewhat fixed. I just found last week that the rotors were installed improperly and two screws on the front drivers side was missing. The only way they could be missing is for them not to be installed. Now I have to get new rotors all around due to them being warped. I had two different companies tell me the same thing. So, I figure it was warped.\r

I really hate to say this after being a loyal customer for almost thirty years. But, consider taking your business somewhere else. I have spoken with a number of others with similar problems.\r

Uvalde Muffler, if you are reading this. Take to heart that you really should consider taking more of a role what your employees are doing. They are costing you customers. Treat me right I tell two people. Treat me wrong I tell two hundred. I hate to take my business from you and keep customers away. But that is how it goes. Improve your work and I may return.
Pros: Price is in range for services being provided.
Cons: Work done is not always good and can be defective
