Best onsite computer service! 9/20/2006

I've been using UFC as my on-call IT department for 3 years now, and I can't say enough good things about them. The owner has personally come out to help us out of a jam on short notice and on his own time. Unlike the guys I used to use, the technicians at UFC show up on time and take care of the problem the first time. And they don't hesitate to recommend improvements if they see something that can be done better. Before I used these guys, my computers were going down all the time. With the new server and diskless workstations that they installed, we hardly have any problems at all. more

After taking my Dell to someone else who couldn't fix it, I brought it to User-Friendly Computing. Their technician was able to diagnose and repair it the next day. I have never received such prompt, courteous, and professional service. User-Friendly gets an A+! I would not hestiate to recommend them to anyone that I know.
