I am a manager at a small business in Tennessee. One of our customers ordered our product and never got it. This post office ""delivered"" it, yet she was home at the time it was marked delivered and should have been required to sign for it, yet she did not and never saw her package. When I tried to call the post office on 3 separate occasions (during normal business hours), they couldn't even be bothered to pick up the phone.
All in all a truly awful post office. Consider UPS or FedEx if you're delivering near this zip code.
