Us Nails

I've been to quite a few nail salons in and around Des Moines but nothing compares to US Nails. It doesn't look like much but when I got my mani/pedi and eyebrows done I was amazed! The husband and wife are an great team and hilarious I must add, they treat you like they've always known you. There are never any bubbles in acrylic nails like you get nearly every other place you go and they're done for a much better price and in half the time. After having gone there 3 yrs ago it's the only place I will go. more

I happen to come across US Nails one day after typing in 'nail salons' on my VZ Navigator while driving on Ingersoll. I was a bit taken back at first, but have came to love this place! The couple that own the salon started it back when there were only 17 other nail salons in town...there are now over 300! It's a small salon, and nothing fancy at all...maybe even a little "ghetto". BUT, their prices are way cheaper than any other salon I've been to, and they do a really good job too. Plus, both the husband and wife that work there are friendly & quite comical. I have a good time every time I'm there! I've even brought my mom & friends here, and when I get compliments on my nails, I tell them, "US Nails...that's where I go." And from now on, I won't go anywhere else! more

US Nails is a nail salon that is located on Ingersoll, convenient for downtown as well as the west side of Des Moines. Sometimes the parking can get a bit crowded, but with a little patience it is just fine. One thing I like about this nail place is it is less expensive than a lot of other area salons, and the quality is still very good. Very friendly staff as well. more
