The ambient is just delightful, The staff at Urban Image salon is very knowledgeable and up-to date with the latest trends I highly recommend an ultimate urban facial with CLAUDIA she wonderful and can work wonders with wax. OMG!! she was able to repair a home made eyebrow waxing incident. If your looking to spruce up your look let MARIE add a few high lights and watch your look unfold. :) I have very dark hair and found it difficult to find a hair dresser who wouldn?t turn my hair brassy or orange.,Marie works wonders as well I love my hair and I get many many compliments from both men and Women. ~Vanessa~ more

I highly recommend Michelle Cardelli. She is not only a great sylist she is wonderful with coloring. I have gotten so many compliments on my hair since she has started coloring and cutting it. This is my first-time message..... I have to admit although I am loud and outgoing, the staff at Urban Image are always friendly and have nothing but kind words to say. My girlfriend, Michelle Kmiec turned me on to Urban Image back in December 2006. I have been happy with Karissa cutting and styling my hair, as I find here to be very personable and is easy to talk to on any subject matter. I have three more facials to go........not sure I enjoy the facial peels...hee...he... The owners are super .....there are like a breath of fresh air, always caring and thinking of their staff and clients. Finally, Schertz has a "cutting edge" full service salon and spa. Karissa does an excellent job and when it comes to razor cutting she's great! Marie takes care of my daughters' hair and does an excellent job, Michelle stepped in to do my hair when Karissa was ill and she does a wonderful job also. Claudia is wonderful at waxing and now that my daughter is fourteen we need to get her in for deep pore cleansing facials. Urban Image also offers re-chargeable gift cards which helps me budget these needs for both my daughter and I. I can't wait to get a pedicure! They offer quiet, private rooms so you can completely relax. I have never been disappointed with the service at Urban Image. I highly reccomend it! Pros: The staff has knowledge and talent. I've been to the majority of the "top rated" spas in San Antonio. I've also spent the last year trying to find a hairstylist who I can get a haircut from that I still love the next day. I went to Urban Images and was extremely impressed. Everyone there was very friendly and I was given a tour of the facility while I waited for my appointment. The rooms are very clean and nicely decorated. My hairstylist was Michelle and I am happy to say that I have finally found someone who I will definately be returning to and recommending. She listened to everything I had to say, offered her opinion, then blended the 2 thoughts into a beautiful haircut that I've been complemented on several times since receiving. She never made me feel rushed and I actually had fun getting my haircut. I have a friend coming in town this weekend and we are going to try the pedicures. I'm so impressed with the staff and excited that I have found what I've been looking for. The prices are amazing as well. I highly recommend it. Claudia does wonderful facials and waxing. She spends time making sure that you are pleased when you leave. The wax they use has oils and lavender in it plus it doesn't require muslin to take it off, she is able to remove with her fingers. Marie did a wonderful job cutting my hair. She listened to what I wanted and made good suggestions. They provide a very relaxing enviroment and always offer you something to quech your thirst. I appreciated all the suggestons they made without being pushy. I always leave a happy and satisfied customer. I will be returning very soon and will continue to recommend their spa and salon to my friends and family. Finally a professional & trendy salon in the Universal City/Converse/Schertz area! Since moving to the area a few years ago, I struggled with finding a good hair salon...when I saw an advertisement for Urban Images, I checked out the website and was very impressed. I met with Michelle who did color, highlights and haircut...she was very professional, attentive, friendly and knew exactly what I wanted. I am now a repeat customer and have recommended Urban Images to family and friends...and wanted to pass the word around to others, especially those who live in this area of town!! Urban Image is the place to go for all your pampering needs!! MICHELLE did a great job on my hair color, picking the perfect color closest to my natural hair color that I wanted. Her full attention was on me the whole time I was there. Michelle made sure that I was fully satisfied with the cut and color before we were done and I was. No doubt, I will definitely go back and ask for Michelle. What more could anyone ask for in a hair salon? I have been to many salons in the San Antonio area for the past four years and this is the best one yet!!!!! I keep coming back and I don't have any complaints about Urban Image. I get more than one service done and I would recommend this salon to everyone. The sanitation is above par, the punctuality is great, and the customer service is excellent.
