I can't say enough wonderful things about Jacob. He has been my stylist for about two years and I just think he is the best. I get more complements on my hair style and color than I have in a long time. Some of the ladies I work with all go to another stylist because her prices are reasonable; however, they constantly complain about her work. They all think I'm crazy for paying a little more for my hair. But, I'd rather pay more and be satisfied than have to settle. Jacob is a perfectionist and he is just the best. I even take my four year-old daughter to him and she loves him just has much as I do. more

Urban Image is a GREAT salon! Very friendly people. I've had my hair done there twice, and both times it was the best haircut and color I've received. Marie is a very personable and knowledgable hair stylist. And she has a great singing voice:) I doubt I will go anywhere else from now on! Pros: awesome people! I went to the Salon with my sister. The receptionist made us feel comfortable from the time we walk in. Her stylist was great, confident and full of hair beauty tips. She listened to my sister and knew exactly the cut that fit her style. She even assisted and answered my own personal questions. I made an appointment for highlights and can't wait to see how they come out!! I highly recommend Urban Image Salon and Spa for your beauty needs. Pros: Great Parking and Customer Service. more

I recently moved to Schertz from Germany and needed to find a salon. I had tried the walk-in method, where I would see a salon, stop, walk-in, get my hair done- and had come away with rather interesting results. Switching methods, I went online to research beauty salons with a good reputation and came across Urban Image. I was a bit nervous at my first appointment, remembering some of the other results, but was ecstatic by the time Marie was done. She chose a wonderful hair color and the perfect hair cut. OK - So, you may say - it's too far to drive! Well, for the service they provide, it is definitely worth it. I have been a client of Marie's for 6 years and I have never not liked a haircut or color that she has given me. She has an unparalled flair for color and a knack for knowing what style will compliment your face. I frequently receive compliments on my hair and I have referred quite a few people to her....who also love her. I say....take some time, enjoy the drive, go to the Marion butcher for some fresh meat afterwards, stop by the antique shop next to the butcher and enjoy the time...it's nice not to rush, rush, rush. Take some time for you! Marie will provide you with a drink or glass of wine and talk to you about what you would like...and then let her run with it! I trust her with my hair...it's nice to walk-in and not be worried about how it is going to turn out! Give her a shot...you won't be disappointed! I recently got a bikini and leg wax done by Claudia and she was fabulous. She was thorough and worked very quickly as opposed to a previous salon I've been to the same waxing services took forever! I had my first bikini wax three months ago and I make sure to go back and see Cindy every five weeks. She is very knowledgible when it comes to waxing. I feel very comfortable with her. She makes sure to let me know what to expect. I will continue to come to this salon as often as I can. The salon appears very high class while their prices are very reasonable. Pros: Very Clean. I received a gift card for Urban Image from my husband. I chose to get a manicure, pedicure, and massage. The service here was great. The enviroment made me feel very welcome. I will be sure to come back here anytime I want to pamper myself. I have recommended this spa to all of my friends and family. I have been looking for a good hairstylist , so I researched many salons and could not ignore all the positve comments I found about MICHELLE. She made me feel very relaxed and confident that she could do whatever I asked of her. She was willing to listen to me and make me feel like I was her most important client. MICHELLE did a wonderful job highlighting my hair blonde without the ugly gold/orange color that I encountered many times in the past. She is very knowledgeble and recommended several products that make my hair shiney and manageable. I've gotten so many compliments that I will definitly go back knowing she won't let me leave her chair until we are both satisfied. I would also recommend CLAUDIA for great eyebrow waxing. I highly recommend Urban Image to anyone in the Schertz, Cibolo, Universal City area. Karissa is GREAT! She's got a great "eye" for color and her cuts are fabulous. She listens to me when I tell her how I want it cut , colored, and styled. You don't always get that at a salon. Karissa is a gifted stylist. She's pleasant and professional. Also, the receptionist is outstanding. She's friendly, cheerful, and helpful. The salon is clean and a pleasure to visit. The prices are reasonable for the quality of service. I frequently travel and was looking to find a salon away from home...which I have done. Cindy did my brazilian wax and pedicure while enjoying a glass of wine. This salon has the most wonderful atmosphere and is so relaxing not to mention the excellent services I received as well. I recently moved here from Georgia. Finding a salon with knowledable and good people is hard to do. I was refered to another salon which took them 4 hours to do my hair and I wasn't 'thrilled' with my outcome. It's never taken more than 2-1/2 hours. After checking out this website, I spoke to Karissa on her techniques and procedure. She made me feel comfortable, so I looked forward to the apointment. I was very pleased with the consultation about color, cut, treatment and final outcome. She did a great job and got me out in 2-1/2 hours. I've found my salon and I highly recommend Karissa. I went to Cindy for my waxing, facial, and pedicure. She was VERY profesional and made sure to take her time as she perfected everything. She explained the procedure for the facial as it was my first time. I highly recommended her to all my friends and co workers. Cindy is a one stop shop. I am definitely returning.
