Another great experience at Uptown! Oil change and tire rotation. In and out in 30 minutes, with their usual friendly service.

Worst

Last 2 times I brought my van in for oil change & tire rotation. Tire rotation was on my order. Neither time were my tire rotated. Not sure I will ever be back!

I made an appointment for 11 a.m. on Oct. 25 to have my car checked. I got my oil changed and was told tgat I needed new struts front snd rear. I came back to your stor after dropping it off. It... 10/27/2013

Be cause. My car was only going to be looked at(you put struts in my car in June) and was under warrant you were loosing money in labor. If you want to run s business its all about CUSTOMER SERVICE. my car was finally put on a rack but it was still 15 minutes later and it still wasn't looked at about my brakes.(I was told they were pulsating). I had to ask two times to have my car put down off the rack and given to me. Opvuously with you people its all about the money. If you want return business its akk about how you treat the customer. Even if the problem is under warranty or not. Even if you want me to recommended you to other people for future business($). Which I will not. You overbooked on Saturday.with you clearly its all about the money. Not customer service. more

Service was done in a timely fashion 10/9/2013

They were able to get my vehicle in the same day I called & it was done in a few short hours. They even returned my car to the rack to show me that the repairs were done and the leaking I saw was just left over spray from the blown seal. more

No tire rotation 10/4/2013

Always EXCELLENT service! 8/15/2013

It's always a pleasure to do business with Uptown. I have all three of my vehicles serviced here, so of course that can get costly. But at Uptown, I not only get the best prices than anywhere else, I get treated with respect and friendliness every time I'm there. I will never go anywhere else again. They definitely have a customer for life here! more

AC service 8/13/2013

I called UpTown in the morning with an air conditioner problem. It was blowing Hot air. I was told that I could take it in right then. I drove in, gave them the keys and about an hour later the Air was cold again. Thanks folks, for the speedy service. Dan more
