I truly LOVE this business! I wouldn't think of taking my car to anyone else in the area.\r \r This repair shop is operated by people who understand the value of honesty and integrity. They also understand the value of fair pricing. They don't nickel and dime on the billing. In fact, Nasser has thrown in small free-bees, and never even mentioned it.\r \r The negative review from sean5545 couldn't be farther from the truth. I found them through all the positive reviews on yelp. There are many more reviews, and you can see all the truly wonderful things people say about Nasser and Nasrin. Maybe sean5545 is just jealous that Nasser and Nasrin have a much better grasp of English than he does. more

My parents have been going to Uptown Auto since before I could drive. Now I do the same. Nasser works on the cars while Nasrine handles the details of the business. It is hard not to get to know and like these two. I've known them for as long as I've been getting into scrapes with my car, many years. Nasrine has never made me feel uncomfortable in the slightest. In fact they are both friendly and conversational. It feels less like a chore taking my car in for a repair knowing these two will be there. \r As for the quality of their work, its as good as they are. Never had a problem with anything they've done and I trust them not to rip me off. Which is a serious thing considering other mechanics! \r Finally, I made this account after reading sean5545 review. This is the only review I've done in my life so I apologize if it doesn't stand up to expectations. I just couldn't let such ridiculous things be said about such a good shop! sean5545 doesn't know what he is talking about. He obviously was a person with an axe to grind before he walked into Uptown Auto. Nasser and Nasrine are the two most trustworthy and reliable business people I've ever dealt with. After going to other car repair shops to fix my long suffering '93 Saturn and getting the run around and the hefty bill, a friend of mine recommended them and I decided to give it a shot. Suffice to say after going to Nasser, my car lasted a lot longer than it was going to.\r I have been going to them ever since. They are honest, friendly and work very, very hard - and this is not said lightly. My husband even takes his car there now and we drive many more miles than we use to just to be able to go to a place where the mechanic knows what he's talking about plus honest and friendly. \r Shame on you sean5545 for making such bigoted remarks. You don't know anything about the people who run Uptown and if you stuck around a little longer, you would be ashamed of your comments too. \r The folks at Uptown know their stuff and are really worth going to. more

I saw 5 stars rating on Uptown Auto, so I drove 30 miles trips and go see the shop before I let them do expensive repair to my Audi. There is very rude Arab woman at reception taking to me like I am her 6 years old son when I ask question on my Audi. She start talking to me like Suicide bomber black eyes. I am not joking. Since I drove 15 miles for this, I stay calm, smile and try to get business done. She came another waves at me with almost finger on my face when I ask whether or not I should replace my Drive Belt on my Audi when I replace my Timing belt. I have never seem anything like that in my life time. First time Customer and Expensive Audi owner walk in and try to give over $1,000 worth of business. I not going to keep up with this Arab Angry B.S. This is America. What she think, This is Iraq ?. I said, That is and walk out of there. I really, really serious about this. Ask her, she will remember me. Don't calls. Go down and see her black eyes and ask questions on your car. You will find out whether or not I telling the true. This is America. We don't need it. more
