University Place reviews on the internet are terrible. Bug I had a wonderful stay and experienced non of the issues the other people complained about. I wonder if they stayed at the same hotel?! more

Enjoyed Everything!!! 6/21/2010

We enjoyed everything... From Willy at the counter to Mr. Pierre taking us to this hotel and back to the airport. Close to everything was perfect. Our daughter will be attending PSU so we will be back staying here again. more

I saw this hotel while on a walk during a previous visit in Portland and since it is near PSU - where my daughter attends, I decided to stay here on this trip. I will definitely be returning and will recommend it to friends and family. more

We have found the staff at University Place to be very friendly, hospitable and helpful. We're very pleased to be staying here. I would especially like to mention the (Russian?) lady who has been cleaning our room. She has been excellent. Very much appreciated. more
