My husband was a patient of Dr. James in this group and we were both extremely please with the care that he received. The office is located at the University of Tennessee Hospital which is easy to get in and out of and parking is only $1.00. It does take a couple of months to get an appointment with this group which can be frustrating but shows that they are in demand. However, the nurses and always extremely friendly and helpful when you call in with a question and I genuinely feel like they consult the doctor instead of just giving you their opinion. I would definitely recommend Dr. James to anyone facing neurological problems.
