My wife and I got a taxi from the Minneapolis Airport to our destination. We told our taxi driver the address before we departed. Our destination was an office park that should be less than 10 minutes from the airport. After driving around for more than 15 minutes the taxi driver asked us for directions. We were unfamiliar with the area, so we told him we didn't know the directions, only the address. He started getting upset and telling us it is our fault that we didn't tell him the directions in the first place and we have to pay for the mistake. We expected him to know how to take us from point A to point B. It was after he yelled at us that he finally put the address into his GPS. He finally reached our destination after traveling on some back roads. We were charged almost twice as much than the fare should have been.
