From start to finish it was a fast and friendly process. Kyle scheduled my estimate and Darlene scheduled the work and they were both friendly and answered all my questions. Dylan was great with the estimate and explained all the work that needed to be done. He came back and did the work in the time frame I was given and they left the place immaculate. Would refer Unique to anyone. more

Furnace repair 3/7/2019

My furnace failed on a cold night. I called Unique at about 10 AM the following morning and by 3:00 PM Mark had arrived, diagnosed the problem, and replaced the failed components. This was great service and having the service contract paid off handsomely. Unique had installed my air conditioning system as well and the experience was extremely good. I am happy to have found a first class contractor. more

Excellent professional service from my call with Joy in the office to the technicians. I've used Unique for a few years and just used them today to fix my heater. They are consistently professional and competent. Pat was the tech today and he is pleasant, funny and very knowledgeable. He communicated the problem clearly. Always a great experience with Unique! Unique HVAC Service Call 1/19/2019

Both Kyle and Dimos were extremely polite, professional and knowledgeable. Dimos arrived at our house in less than two (2) hours after my request for service, promptly diagnosed the problem and had our heater back on much quicker than I ever expected. Dimos was also very patient with all of my questions, respectful of our house and helped me clearly understand what caused the issue and what had been done to restore our heat. Unique now has another warm and satisfied customer in Chestnut Hill. I highly recommend Unique, Kyle and Dimos. more
